Hank and Lori are very personable and helped us get the right insurance for our needs. They have moved us from once source to another to save us money with better coverage a couple of times. They aren't pushy. The Martin Agency has email and text as well as phone calls for you to reach them. Often on weekends I leave messages and they return my calls promptly on Monday or if available on the weekends they'll reply ASAP. We've been with them for years and very satisfied with their service.

Hank and Lori are two of the finest people that you could ever do business with. They are so nice and cordial and always ready to help their customers. All of my insurance policies are with them! 5 Star all the way!

She was beyond professional and very knowledgeable about different policies and coverage options, and took her time to make sure that I knew what I was buying! The thing that stood out to me was that she went above and beyond in doing everything that she said she was going to do, including calling me back. She was honest and the customer service was beyond exceptional. I would highly recommend The Martin Agency, and was beyond satisfied since I called a well known company that didn’t provide a quarter of the professionalism and customer service that I received from Lori, and other companies in the area just took my info. and I never got a call back, or just passed me off to a voicemail. The Martin Agency is a family-run agency. Hank and Lori Martin are my long-time go-to agents, and I certainly consider them friends after having had my auto insurance with them since they opened their doors some 25 years ago! A few years later after I began purchasing houses, all of my homeowner's insurance and dwelling fire policies were also secured through The Martin Agency since I received low, competitive rates and often, additional discounts for having all my insurance written with the same insuring company. The best part is that the Martins are ALWAYS courteous and very responsive so I feel valued as a customer. They know me by name, not by a policy number! Because they are a friendly family-owned and run business, Hank and Lori really provide the BEST customer service even when I have called them outside of regular business hours. If your insurance needs are important to you, they will likewise be a high priority at The Martin Agency. I'm so glad I discovered them all those years ago!
